looking for the right size harness for my chihuahua?

i currently own a chihuahua who is 3 and a half months old and is barely hitting the 2 lb mark. i wanted to order him a nylon harness from online but im unsure as to what size to get him. if any one has chihuahuas please let me know what sizes you got for your babies in numerical size not xsm or sm id like to know in inches because that is how they sell them online. would 10-14×3/8 be okay and be adjustable to his small body. im thinking i might need something smaller. id greatly appreciate the help.
