Electric fences are a great way to safely allow your dog to roam the yard without worry! However, if your dog is too small it could hurt them. If the dog is too big, it may not work and they will run off. I’ve had this happen many times (in the case of larger dogs running off).
For our little wiener dog, it is the greatest thing in the world! He absolutely ADORES the freedom he gets to roam all around the yard and chase lizards and bugs. I would suggest that you go for it, so long as you believe your fog isn’t too big ;D
